• 1925: MPRP identified in its charter that it would follow “Marxist-Leninist ideology”` and established its Central Committee of Inspection.
• 1925: Decision approved by the Presidium of CCP to establish “Commission on respecting and purging from the Party and to implement the policy to discriminate classes”.
• 1925: Decision to destroy the best of yellow and black feudal completely was adopted by the Fourth MPRP Meetingand duly implemented.
• 1927: Decision to fight against the opportunism that was perverting the Party and State organizations by pushing through many former feudal and lords was approved by the Sixth MPRP Meeting and duly implemented.
• 1928: Decision to pursue a policy to encroach on feudal economy, confiscate their property and destroy them as a social class was adopted by the SeventhMPRP Meeting and duly implemented.
• 1929. Decision to transfer the property of supposedly wealthy lords and dukes to poor people was approved by the Second Plenary Meeting of the CCP, and 10 million togrog was duly confiscated from 1,300 black and yellow feudal class up to July 1932 when it was concluded by the MPRP Program that “the feudal class was completely destroyed as their fortune and property had been confiscated.”
• 1930: Decisionapproved by the Fourth MPRP Meeting “ to pursue a stronger policy on discriminating the class of lamas and discovering fake character and cruel role of Buddhist religion and carrying out propagate against religion” was approved by the Eighth MPRPMeeting.
• 1931:Secret decision to complete the killing and destroying black and white feudal and cruel lamas within 1931 till Ninth Session of the Party was adopted for Court bodies, suspection and force and implemented.
• 1932:Decision to destroy the feudal as a social class, to fight against cruel lamas as enemy and struggle of opposition was approved by the Third CCP Meeting and Central Committee of Inspection. Z.Shijee, O.Badrakh, D. Dangan and D. Tsendsuren had been removed from the leadership of the Party.
• 1936: At the Second Plenary Meeting of the MPRP Central Committee, P.Genden was considered “a representative of petty bourgeoisie` interests”and was removed from all his positions and expelled from the Party and later killed.
• 1942:Resolution of 2ndFebruary 1942 of the CCP Presidium signed by Kh.Choibalsan,Yn. Tsedenbal and Ch.Surenjav, gave power to Shagdarjav, Minister of Domestic Affairs to exercise his authority to grant permission and right to beat and torture.At the same time, B.Yambaldorj prepared and used a special room in the northeast corner on the 2nd floor of the Ministry of Domestic Affairs for beating and torturing people who didn’t confess.
• 1956: The CCP Political Bureau by its resolution on “Views and Articles against their Party policy” fabricated the case “confusion of (elites) intelligencia” and many intellectuals such as: N. Dangansuren, D. Lkhagvajav, J. Tumurbaatar, D.Bazarsad were victimized.
  
• 1956:Fourth Plenary Meeting of the MPRP Central Committee considered D. Damba as guilty and duly victimized.
• 1958:Second Plenary Meeting of the MPRP Central Committee dismissed D. Damba from all his positions.
• 1962:SecondPlenary Meeting of the MPRP Central Committee dismissed D. Tumur- Ochir from all his positions and sent him into exile.
• 1963:FifthPlenary Meeting of the MPRP Central Committee dismissed L. Tsend from all his positions and sent him into exile in Zavkhan province.
  
• 1964:Fifth Plenary Meeting of the MPRP Central Committee issued a Resolution that Ts. Lookhuuz, B. Nyambuu, B. Surmaajav were guilty of a group conspiracy against the Party and duly victimized people including 200 elites. 
• 1980: CCP by its 70thResolution“On historic mother scripture of the People`s Republic of Mongolia” expelled 10 elites from the Party, including L. Jamsran and G. Sukhbaatar, and victimized their positions and health.
