D. Tsogtbaatar

For the Mongolian national resolution to follow the soviet pattern of development, political leaders were removed from the political arena one by one, accused of fake crimes in accordance with instructions, advice and decisions of the Comintern.
Communist Plenipotentiary Commissions and Special Commissions were established and victimization and repression with terrifying blood gradually changed its face and its aim was to blunt national view of new generations of Mongolia. During its one-party system the domination, dignity, political discrimination, restriction of human rights and freedom, resolution from society and exiles. To make people confess to faked crimes they were tortured without sleep and food and subjected to terrorby inhuman and illegal means.
The victimization still exists in modern society. We feel and understand that there still exists a political force whose intention is to restrict and suppress human rights and freedom of association that are fundamental human rights adopted by international agreement.
Mongolia has an obligation tothe international community to protect and promote human rights according to international agreements. But the public march held on 1st July 2008 was dispersed by force during the State of Emergency declared by Presidential Decree and 5 innocent people were killed and about 800 citizens arrested and 270 of them sentenced as criminals with torture without due process of law and were sentenced as if planned beforehand. The Constitution, Emergency Law, Law of Criminal Investigation and Inspection of Mongolia and it is real example that political dictatorship is still in existence here in Mongolia. Mongolian people feel that there are still totalitarian leaders in Mongolian politics.
Domestic and foreign experts agreed with one voice that many rightswere violated such as theright to life, to receive help, to gain information, to get help of law, and it is considered no chance of advocating service, treating them in cruel and inhuman ways, cops and force organizations did not use any chance to service for citizens.
The Mongolian State is not a President, a Prime Minister and Parliament or Government, and not even police or force organizations. I understand that Mongolian politics is a system that includes valuable principles and policy which regards citizens as superior and exercises and to be exercised human right and freedom as real meaning.
